CAIRO - WE JUST GOT HERE

Just a quick note to let everyone know that we are now in Cairo. We're staying at the Marriott in the city center. Good news - bad news - mostly good. We checked into out BMI (British Midland Flight) early. When we got to the gate, they told us we had our tickets accidentally canceled. To make up for the confusion - good news - we were upgraded to business. Very nice. Bad news, walking in Cairo seems to be life defying - people run across incredible intersections dodging cars - who are also dodging each other. Good news - this hotel - which is created from an old castle here - is like a huge city. We're off now to find dinner in one of about 10 restaurants. To be continued....
